Q?What is the cost of an event at the Ukrainian Cultural Center?

Our rates vary depending on room, the number of guests, and the catering style of the event.

Q?How many hours will my event last?
A.

Our rates are based on a 7-hour event. Events can last until 2 am at the latest.

Q?How many guests can attend an event at your facility?
A.

Our Grand Ballroom can seat 350 guests, our Exhibition and Lecture rooms can seat 90 and 70 guests respectively.

Q?What A/V equipment does the Ukrainian Cultural Center offer?
A.

In our Grand Ballroom, we have the following: microphone, podium, BRAND NEW 200” HD projector and screen, and BRAND NEW surround sound audio system. Wireless Internet is available.

Q?What is required to hold a date for an event?
A.

We require a small security deposit to hold each of our rooms.

Q?Where will our guests park?
A.

The Ukrainian Cultural Center has the ability to utilize our own lot, as well as the Church’s lot next door. This combination allows us to park nearly 200 cars!

Q?Does your facility allow us to choose our own caterer?
A.

Yes, guests are welcome to hire their own catering service as long as they hold the appropriate licenses. The Ukrainian Cultural Center does have our own kitchen and staff who are more than willing to work with you to determine a menu that will suit your tastes, as well as your budget.

Q?What does the rental fee include?
A.

Ukrainian Cultural Center provides tables and chairs enough for your guests, use of the parking lots, and the use of our stage with microphone and podium.
We also have linens, table skirts, chair covers, glassware, dinnerware, and all other materials necessary for an additional fee.

Q?Can we bring our own alcohol?
A.

Yes, you can bring your own alcohol, but we hire bartender(s) who must serve it to you. The cost of hiring the bartender is incurred by the renter.
